Only 2 annoying things: I never get to speak to a real person when I call and always have to leave a VM. The front desk person didn't make eye contact once, and was abrupt and monotone in demeanor. This was actually more than annoying... Just plain rude. I hope this isn't what COVID has created. Everyone and everything else... Specular!

I was able to get an appointment right away. When I arrived, I was taken to a room and Someone did the preliminary interview. Within a few minutes, Dr Gross came in. After going over my chart, he gave drops in my eyes. After the exam he gave the results. I asked questions that he answered. I’m now waiting for my insurance to okay for it. I made an appt for a 6 week check. I felt the doctor listened and will be back, I have been a patient with this clinic for over 50 years! 🤓

Wow what a difference! Knowledge, listening WITH explanation. Dr Gross gave suggestions with written directions. Friendly atmosphere and nice and clean. I went there upon recommendation from a work colleague. Will also do the same and recently have. Came away satisfied and cared for. Something I have not felt for some time. I have to say The Optical Shop for frames were also very well informed and friendly.
